Beta Terms of Use
Terms for the free, time-limited testing of the IronCodex pre-release app in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

These terms apply to invited IronCodex testers using TestFlight, Google Play or another expressly authorised beta access. The beta is currently offered only to adults residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. You must stop using the beta and contact us if you no longer meet this requirement.
2. Purpose and cost
IronCodex is provided free of charge to test an unpublished app under realistic training conditions. Participation creates no entitlement to particular features, uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention or later free use.
3. Beta status
The app may be incomplete, contain errors or change without notice. Test data may be lost despite reasonable safeguards. Do not rely exclusively on IronCodex for irreplaceable information. We may end builds, accounts or the beta for legitimate reasons, including security risks, misuse or project completion.
4. Account and permitted use
You must be at least 18, protect your credentials and provide truthful contact information. Access is personal and non-transferable. Attacks, permission bypasses, automated bulk access, unlawful content and use of another person's account or data are prohibited.
5. Training and health
IronCodex documents and supports training but does not replace medical examination, diagnosis, treatment or individual advice by qualified professionals. Technical training suggestions do not guarantee progress or freedom from injury. Train within your abilities, follow equipment instructions and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in your training data, text, photos and videos. You grant us only the rights technically necessary to store, transmit, display, secure and delete that content for features you choose to use. Upload only content you created or are authorised to use. Images of other people require an appropriate legal basis.
7. Coaching
Coach features provide technical tools for communication, planning and documentation. Coaches receive only the areas released by the athlete. The app does not promise medical, nutritional or other regulated professional services. Agreements between a coach and athlete remain separate from this beta.
8. Feedback
We may use voluntary feedback without charge to fix and improve IronCodex. Do not include confidential health, training or access data in free-text feedback or public store reviews.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Information explains processing, coach permissions, diagnostics, recipients, retention, international transfers and rights under the applicable EU/EEA, UK or Swiss framework. Accepting these terms does not replace a separate data-protection consent where one is required.
10. Liability
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for death, personal injury or damage to health. Any limitation for minor negligence applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer law applicable at your residence.
11. Ending participation and changes
You may leave by deleting your account or contacting d.zimmermann92@gmx.de. We will notify testers of material changes and request renewed acceptance before further use where required.
